Firstly communication was good RE backorder at the time. Shipping was via courier and it arrived in two days – excellent! The box had all the information on it and also had a downloadable instruction video which helped. Parts were all packaged well and secure. I set it up with help from my 12 year old daughter and it was not too hard at any point, overall straightforward. She is enjoying it set up at max height for her silks and is really appreciating having the ability to train after school work is done, as her local studio is not so local and a fair drive. This was a good purchase and we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase other items.

We use our portable rig indoors and its so good! Love that this is an option for us as we don’t have a supporting beam in the room. The rig is pretty easy to set up, maybe allow a second person the first time, but after you’ve got the hang of it it only takes a few mins and is just a matter of sliding the poles into eachother, pinning and extending the legs. It feels great to use and supportive. We have a hammock but also mini silks for the girls. Gets used every day!
